Returns Policy

At CDRS Benji, every purchase helps support our rescue animals, and we appreciate your contribution! Since our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify, we have a no-return policy unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.

Because each item is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✔ Wrong size ordered (please check our size charts before purchasing)
✔ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
✔ Minor variations in color or print placement due to the print process.

🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
📸 A photo of the issue
📦 Your order number
📩 Email us at sarahjk@cdrsworld.org

Printify will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

⏳ Processing Time for Claims
✔ Once we receive your claim, we will work with Printify to resolve it within 5-7 business days.
If approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued to your original payment method.

🔄 Cancellations & Changes

Because items are processed quickly after purchase, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout!
